Get InvolvedWisner Wins is a group of volunteers dedicated to revitalizing downtown Wisner, Louisiana. We may live in a small, rural agricultural community — but our people have big hearts. We want to see a resurgence of small businesses in our downtown area and provide a legacy for our children and grandchildren.
Designated a Cultural Arts community by the Louisiana Tourism Commission, we organize the South Franklin Catfish Festival, community cleanups, holiday celebrations, and more. Our vision is simple: Wisner Wins.

Spring cleaning time! Dumpster available April 13–27 by the fire station. No furniture, tires, or appliances. Let’s keep our community clean and beautiful!

Shopping, fried catfish, classic cars, art & flower show, and live music all day featuring The Woodsmen, Shane Longoria & The 171, and Gerard Delafose & The Zydeco Gators. Admission $5 (ages 7+). No pets.
